ROUGE 3.78L 4:1 Black High Build 2K Urethane Primer

This High Build 2K Urethane Primer has superior filling capabilities because of its very high solids making it excellent for filling deep sand scratches. It provides excellent color holdout under all urethane finishes with no shrinkage. Fast drying and sands easily wet or dry without loading the paper. When used with RGE-5045 activator, complies with California (SCAQMD) Rule 1151 2.1 VOC and Canadian VOC regulations requirements and may be tinted with primer tints, or basecoat toner. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
For 2.1 VOC applications: 4 parts RGE-504X Primer to 1-part RGE-5045 Activator may be reduced using 1 part. Must use Rouge 0 VOC reducer to avoid increasing VOC.
