The MAXI AIR is a pleated filter for a large surface, manufactured with a totally synthetic media and tested in accordance with the ASHRAE method 52.2. (MERV 8) (30-35% Eff.).

Synthetic polypropylene media has been combined with a metallic mesh to give it an aerodynamic shape.
The rigid water-repellent cardboard frame with a glossy finish is completely stuck to the filter element.
The MAXI AIR is a popular choice for replacing air filter panels installed for the air inlets of the rooftop units and single units.
Pleat filter configuration helps filter particles from 3 to 10 microns such as pollen, atmospheric dust medium and mold residue.

Construction:
Moisture resistant frame.
Fully synthetic media.
Metal support attached to the back of the media.
Media glued to the frame.
ULC Class 2 approved.

Applications:
As a pre-filter for a higher efficiency filter.
As a primary filter where medium efficiency is required.
Easily replaces fiberglass or polyester filters.
